We want you to love every Chic Le Frique purchase.
For all United States orders, we offer easy returns through our US returns facility. Your first return per order is complimentary when requested within 30 days of delivery.
A prepaid return label will be provided through our returns portal.

CARD PAYMENTS:

For Online Card Payments, we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full price are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by a receipt with the merchandise in its original condition.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, and foreign odours including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

Any hygiene stickers on the garments must not be removed.

*Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of first receiving the parcel.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@chiclefrique.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process refund after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

SALE ITEMS:

Sale Items can only be returned for store credit.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

PROCESSING TIME:

We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.
