Returns & Exchanges

TO MAKE A RETURN:

CARD PAYMENTS:

For Online Card Payments, we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full price are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by a receipt with the merchandise in its original condition.

OUR RETURN POLICY:

Please note that shipping Fees will not be refunded.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, and foreign odours including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

Any hygiene stickers on the garments must not be removed.

*Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of first receiving the parcel.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@chiclefrique.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

SALE ITEMS:

We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items. Sale Items can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or be exchanged with the same product of different sizes.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

PROCESSING TIME:

We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.
