Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Chic Le Frique purchase.

For all United States orders, we offer a simple returns experience through or US returns facility.

  • One-time free return per order, within 30 days of delivery
  • A prepaid return label will be provided through our returns portal.
  • If multiple returns are made from the same order, a return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed before March 16, 2026, were subject to our previous returns policy. Free returns may not apply to these earlier orders. If you have questions about a past order, our customer service team is happy to assist at info@chiclefrique.com.

Refunds

We offer refunds or store credit for online card purchases.

  • Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method for full-priced items
  • SALE items are eligible for store credit only
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • The Security Ribbon around the product should not be removed.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@chiclefrique.com.

Customs & Returns

If a shipment is held in customs for more than 14 days and returned to us, any return shipping fees, duties, and taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Processing

Once your return is received:

  • Items are inspected within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. You may return your original order and place a new one.
