All import duties and taxes for US orders are covered by Chic Le Frique.
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — there are no additional charges on delivery.

Preorder Items: Please be advised that orders containing a pre-order item alongside in-stock items will prioritize fulfillment of the in-stock items. This ensures you receive readily available products without delay. The pre-order item will be shipped upon restock.
Orders will take 3-5 days to be delivered. It may take longer due to the custom clearance and it may vary from country to country.
Please note, preorders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, the preorders are entitled to be refunded or exchanged only upon receiving the preorder item.
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods & Weekends.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Chic Le Frique cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
We reserve the right to either accept or decline high-value orders. In the event that the order value exceeds a specific threshold, we will apply different shipping charges, which we will inform you about before issuing the invoice.

Returns & Exchanges Info
EASY US RETURNS:
We want you to love every Chic Le Frique purchase.
For all United States orders, we offer easy returns through our US returns facility. Your first return per order is complimentary when requested within 30 days of delivery.
A prepaid return label will be provided through our returns portal.

CARD PAYMENTS:
For Online Card Payments, we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full price are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (except SALE items) and must be accompanied by a receipt with the merchandise in its original condition.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The Security Ribbon around the product should not be removed.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@chiclefrique.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.
If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process refund after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.
If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.
COMPLIMENTARY FIRST RETURN:
Each order qualifies for one complimentary return shipment.
If multiple returns are made from the same order, a return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
This helps us maintain fair return practices while continuing to offer complimentary returns to our customers.
REFUND PROCESSING:
Once your return arrives at our US returns facility:
- Items are inspected within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
SALE ITEMS:
Sale Items can only be returned for store credit.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.
