TO MAKE A RETURN:

CARD PAYMENTS:

For Online Card Payments, we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full price are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by a receipt with the merchandise in its original condition.

OUR RETURN POLICY:

Please note that shipping Fees will not be refunded.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, and foreign odours including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

Any hygiene stickers on the garments must not be removed.

*Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of first receiving the parcel.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@chiclefrique.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

SALE ITEMS:

We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items. Sale Items can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or be exchanged with the same product of different sizes.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

PROCESSING TIME:

We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To be eligible for free shipping, the cart should contain shippable physical products which excludes Gift Cards as they are considered digital products.

CHIC LE FRIQUE will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

By processing your order payment and completing an order with us,  you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

Additional Information:

Preorder Items: Please be advised that orders containing a pre-order item alongside in-stock items will prioritize fulfillment of the in-stock items. This ensures you receive readily available products without delay. The pre-order item will be shipped upon restock, and may incur additional customs and duty fees due to international transit.

Please note, preorders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, the preorders are entitled to be refunded or exchanged only upon receiving the preorder item.

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods7 Weekends.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Chic Le Frique cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to either accept or decline high-value orders. In the event that the order value exceeds a specific threshold, we will apply different shipping charges, which we will inform you about before issuing the invoice.

HOW DO I LOCATE STORE CREDIT?

Store credit can be located in your accounts page when logging into your account or at the payment portion of checkout.

DOES STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?

Your store credit/gift cards expire after 6 months.

Find your perfect size. All clothing at Chic Le Frique may vary depending on the style, supplier and /or the material of the clothing. Our models Predominantly wear size 6 and 8 throughout the images on our store. If you are unsure about the fit of a certain style, check the  products description for size recommendations or check what size the models wearing and compare her measurements to your own.

 Our Size Chart is only a guide, if you fall in-between sizes, the right size for you will depend on your body shape, height and how loose or tight you like to wear your clothes.

HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF?
Use a tape measure to measure the distance around based on the following sections:
BUST
Measure from below your under arm and across the fullest chest area.
WAIST
Measure around natural waistline.
HIPS
Feet together, measure around fullest hip and bottom area.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION OR EMAIL ADDRESS?

You can edit your account information in your account page where you can update your email, password, shipping, or billing information.

IAM UNABLE TO RESET MY PASSWORD! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you by us that will provide you with the shipping details along with tracking number. 

If you have not received your shipping email within 48 hours of your order placement, you may have experienced a technical difficulty.

Sometimes these emails can appear in your junk email inbox however if this is not the case please contact our customer care team with your order number and name to retrieve your tracking number.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order with Chic Le Frique once it has been paid for and completed.
