NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.

Please note, Shipping Fees will not be refunded.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached.

Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.


The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.Items must be unworn, unwashed & with all tags & original packaging.


We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items.

We do not accept returns on Accessories, Jewelry & Masks for sanitary reasons.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer.

If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@chiclefrique.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours.

Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.


We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.

Refunds are issued for items with manufacturing faults only.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you by us that will provide you with the shipping details along with tracking number. 

If you have not received your shipping email within 48 hours of your order placement, you may have experienced a technical difficulty.

Sometimes these emails can appear in your junk email inbox however if this is not the case please contact our customer care team with your order number and name to retrieve your tracking number.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order with Chic Le Frique once it has been paid for and completed.
